For over 20 years, Dorr Oil and Propane has proudly served the heating needs of Manchester Center, VT and the surrounding area. After thoughtfully considering who should continue to care for their customers, employees, and communities served, in July of 2023, the owners of Dorr Oil and Propane transferred ownership to Dead River Company.
Knowing Dead River Company's reputation for prompt, reliable, personalized service, the team at Dorr Oil and Propane was excited to join the Dead River Company team. Since doing so, the team has been warmly welcomed and feels right at home as valued members of the Dead River Company family.

Office Location
Our office at 595 Bonnet Street in Manchester Center will remain open and will soon welcome you with a Dead River Company sign. You can still reach us at 802-362-1950.
New Account Number
Customers have been assigned a Dead River Company account number, which you will find on your Dead River Company delivery tickets, invoices, and statements. With your new account number, you can now enroll in MyAccount, our online account management tool. With MyAccount, you can view and pay account balances, order and pay for fuel deliveries, go paperless, and enroll in email or text notifications for delivery confirmation or annual tune-up reminders.
